Katsiki Beats Festival 30-31 Aug 2019 Seliana

This event has ended

The Katsiki Beats Festival is an invitation to all who hear the call to attend a meeting of art, sustainability and joy in Seliana, our village.

We want Katsiki Beats to be a family-friendly weekend festival, bringing art to Seliana, a village in the verdant mountains of Northern Peloponnese. The idea is to organize a non-commercial event where all the people who are interested in doing this festival can work together and do it themselves. It is a priority for us to make an ecologically sustainable event, share our vision, review our behaviors, reduce waste and recycle materials.

Our first festival will take place in the square of our village, from Friday night to Saturday night. With live bands, DJs, workshops and family activities accessible to everyone. There will be kiosks for dining and bars, with organic and vegetarian dining options, local beer and organic wine. On Saturday afternoons there will be a food / crafts market / market, mainly from local producers. For those wishing to spend the weekend at the festival, there will be camping with water and a toilet.
